At Blentops, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality digital services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which users may request cancellations or refunds across our platforms, including Utsav Poster, Zero Gateway, Consider11 (if reactivated), and other premium features.
1. General Policy
Payments made for Blentops products and services are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned below.
Users are advised to carefully review features, demos, and pricing before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Technical Errors – Payment was deducted, but the service (poster download, subscription activation, or QR generation) was not delivered.
Duplicate Transactions – If a user was charged twice for the same service due to a system error.
Service Unavailability – If Blentops fails to provide access to paid services for more than 72 hours due to internal issues.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect poster designs chosen by users in Utsav Poster.
Partial use of a subscription or service.
Issues caused by third-party providers (UPI apps, payment gateways).
3. Cancellation Policy
Utsav Poster Subscriptions:
Users may cancel their subscription anytime from their account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.
Zero Gateway Premium Features:
If applicable, users may cancel future renewals.
Services already used are non-refundable.
Consider11 (Fantasy Sports, if reactivated):
Entry fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of contest cancellation by Blentops.
4. Refund Process
Users must submit a refund request within 7 working days of the transaction.
Requests should be sent via email with transaction ID, payment screenshot, and service details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
